Most people say, "an apple a day keeps the doctor away", well, exercise everyday, and keep the doctor amazed. Doing the right amount of exercise a day rejuvenates your mind, body and soul. We tried this and it works. No matter what kind of a day we have, even if we do some stretching exercises for about 30 minutes late night or before and early morning run, the feeling is brand new.
Exercising is our favorite reset button. Take a deep breathe, believe in yourself to exercise daily and you can. American Heart Association recommends 30 minutes a day at least, believe you can. Safety is key, before you exercise, be sure to check with your primary care physician to avoid unnecessary injury or compromise.
Start easy, and gradually advance as time goes on. Let us know how you are doing, share your progress with us. Please eat healthy and limit alcohol intake for effective results. Absolutely abstain from smoking.
